Our flagship residential sauna is built around a well tested interior layout that delivers a balanced, comfortable sauna experience. The proportions, bench heights, and heater placement are intentionally set, drawing from Finnish sauna tradition and years of hands on building experience.
We use a focused selection of high quality materials chosen for durability and long term performance. The interior layout remains consistent to preserve how the sauna works, while exterior finishes can be tailored through a curated range of stain options.
Each sauna is built in our facility and delivered fully assembled, ready for installation and regular use.
Pre-Built Residential Sauna
This pre built residential sauna is designed for clients who want a proper sauna without navigating endless decisions or compromises. The interior layout is fixed and well tested, delivering even heat, comfortable seating, and a consistent experience every time.
Built with Lunawood thermally modified spruce, the structure is naturally durable, chemical free, and well suited for indoor or outdoor use. A reinforced steel frame provides long term stability and straightforward placement across a range of site conditions, from tight backyards to remote locations.
Exterior finishes are offered in a curated range of stain options, while the interior remains intentionally consistent to preserve how the sauna performs. Heating systems are specified using Kuuma wood fired stoves or Homecraft electric heaters, selected to suit the site and use.

Every project starts with a conversation. We’ll assess your space, discuss your vision, and answer any questions about site access, utilities, and customization options.
Reservation
Lock in your build. Once you’re ready to move forward, a $12,000 deposit secures your place in our production queue. This step ensures you have a place in the queue while we finalize site evaluation and sauna details.
Contract
Time to make it official. With the details finalized, we sign the build contract and collect a 50% deposit. This allows us to begin material prep and move your sauna into our production pipeline.
Build
Your sauna comes to life. We collect the next 40% payment and construction begins. Our expert team brings your sauna to life with precision craftsmanship, ensuring every detail is dialed in to perfection.
Ship
Ready to ship. Before your sauna is loaded for transport, the remaining 10% balance is collected. We coordinate everything from freight logistics to on-site delivery details. From our hands to your backyard.
